Microscope
Our dental microscope allows our doctors to work with magnification. The outcome provides an incredible difference in the quality and precision during treatment. A magnified viewing plain is primarily used in diagnostics and endodontics; however microscopes are more frequently becoming an irreplaceable tool in other fields of dentistry, as one can only heal well what one may see.
Digital Radiography (RVG)
This is a system which allows our doctors to take intra oral x-rays quickly and safely. The RVG acts a sensor which captures x-rays. The technological advancement of the optical plate and scintillator makes the RVG more sensitive which allows the doctor to decrease the radiation dose by 90%. The image is visible on a monitor instantaneously and the high resolution makes magnification a breeze and thus permits detailed examination of the picture. Digital radiography is fundamental in accurate diagnostics. Having the possibility of using the RVG at our clinic saves the patient time and helps our doctors in making precise and confident diagnoses.
Air Polishing
This is a device used in painless removal of surface stains, plaque and soft deposits on the surfaces of the teeth. It is also a compliment to ultrasound calcification removal (scaling) as well as in the preparation of surface enamel to further treatments such as fluoridation or teeth whitening.
Scaler
The scaler is used in removing calcification deposits using ultrasound waves.
Morita Tri Auto ZX
This apparatus aids in the mechanical workup of root canals ensuring greater precision and shortening the time of the procedure. The device has a built in endometer which is an electronic system used in localizing the exact position of the base of the root canal and measures its length.
Beyond Whitening Lamp
The Beyond Lamp is an accelerator emitting a beam of blue light that is filtered by twelve thousand light tubes and specialized optic systems, which completely eliminates harmful infrared and ultraviolet rays. This is also known as „blue light” which plays an immense role in the safety and comfort of our patients as well as the results in whitening.
System E&Q Perfect Endo
A wireless system in root canal filling using a rubber substance called gutta percha. As the device warms a pellet of gutta percha making it soft, it is then squeezed into the canal root and thus it becomes filled. This system is proven to be the best in the world as it fills various shapes and any abnormal branches in the root which guarantees optimal endodontic treatment.
Dental Dam
A network of thin squares of latex attached to clamps or threads along the edge of the gum isolating the treated area (tooth or group of teeth). Thanks to the dental dam, an aseptic and dry area is maintained ideal for treatment. The patient’s airway is protected from swallowing small instruments thus maximizing safety and comfort.
