Periodontics 
Periodontics is a branch of dentistry which deals with treatment of the periodontium (surrounding area of the teeth) and the mucous membranes of the oral cavity. The main symptoms include bleeding, swelling and redness of the gums, unpleasant odor from the mouth, exposure of the tooth walls, sensitivity related to temperature changes, weakening and even loss of teeth.

- supragingival and subgingival scaling,
- air polishing,
- open and closed curettage,
- tooth splinting,
- refilling bone loss,
- detailed instruction on oral cavity hygiene.
